Welcome to Whiskey Bent Hideaway, a peaceful and private retreat located in the historic town of Lead, South Dakota. Nestled at the end of a quiet dead end road, this secluded property offers a rare blend of in town convenience with the privacy and serenity of a mountain getaway.

Just minutes from the scenic Spearfish Canyon and only a short drive to attractions like Deadwood, Terry Peak Ski Area, and Sturgis, this hideaway is the perfect basecamp for your Black Hills adventure. Whether you're into hiking, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing, fishing, or simply soaking up the natural beauty, you’ll find endless outdoor activities just outside your door. Plenty of parking for trailers, vehicles or your outdoor recreation vehicles of choice. 

This pet friendly cabin features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main level includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, living room with full-size sofa sleeper and two full baths. Upstairs, the open loft offers two additional queen beds, a king size sofa sleeper, a play area with bean bag beds would could accommodate two more people, as well as a third full bathroom. Please note that access to the loft is via a spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for all guests.

After a day of exploring, unwind in the large hot tub, roast marshmallows over the fire pit under the stars, or enjoy a meal on the covered deck with the gas grill, outdoor fireplace and tv. The home also includes central air conditioning, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for guest use. Outdoor Barrel Sauna Coming November 2025!

For your safety and peace of mind: A doorbell camera is located at the front entrance. It is not actively monitored during guest stays and is in place solely for the security of the property.
